Return policy

Racing Stripe & Pinstripe Return Policy:
All decals may be returned for a refund, "If they are returned to us in a completely unused and undamaged condition". We will not accept any returns once a customer has removed any transfer tape or has tried to apply any of our vinyl decals. If a decal is returned to us and it is not in an unused/ brand new condition, we will not refund that decal.


Custom Lettering & Decal Return Policy:
If any custom lettering would be made up in the wrong color or text, a full refund or free replacement would be given. If this would happen, we would accept full responsibility for the mix-up. We would not ask of you to pay to return the lettering or to mail the lettering back to us. Simply send us a pic of the issue, if the mix-up was our fault a full refund or free replacement will be given.

A refund will not be given, If the decal was made correctly as the customer had requested and it is no longer needed. Once the decal has been removed from the backing or applied.

A refund will not be given for lettering sizes that are made up correctly, e.g. heights or lengths. All lettering pages state; "That we will make up all custom lettering to scale and proportional to the lettering height, font and text ordered. Unless requested differently by the customer. All lettering sizes (heights and lengths) will be made "to scale" from the overall measurements ordered. Lettering heights are measured from very top to very bottom of the entire line of text requested to get the overall total lettering decal height. Overall lettering decal lengths may vary because they are made to scale and determined by- the number of letters used in the text, the type of characters used in the text, and the custom font requested by the customer.

1060 Graphics offers a 30 day return period on any eligible items.
The 30 day period begins when the item/s have been successfully delivered as shown by the tracking number.


• Customers are responsible to pay all return mailing cost.
• Full refunds will be given for the items purchased only, we do not refund original mailing cost. If free mailing was offered on your item, we will deduct our original mailing cost from the items refund total.
• All refunds will be given once item/s are received back to us in an unused/ undamaged condition.
• All returns must be sent with a tracking number to confirm their delivery.
•  A twenty percent restocking "loss fee" will be deducted from all return cost. The loss fee is added because these are custom made to order items and they can not be reused or resold.
