1060 Graphics return policies are as follows.
Custom Vinyl Lettering.
If any custom lettering is made in the wrong color or text, a full refund would be given. If this would happen, we would accept full responsibility for the mix-up and would not ask for you to pay to return the lettering or to mail the lettering back to us. Simply send us a pic of the issue, if the mix-up was our fault a refund will be given. A refund will not be given for lettering sizes, e.g. heights or lengths. All of our lettering pages state: "That we will make up all custom lettering to scale proportional to the lettering height, font and text ordered, unless requested differently by the customer. All lettering heights will be made from the overall measurements of the letters in your text. Lettering heights are measured from very top to very bottom of the entire order of lettering requested.)" You may always refer to our, "How to measure our custom lettering information" as well before purchasing to ensure you are ordering the correct lettering sizes. Because we offer and state this information to all of our customers before ordering, we will not be refunding any orders due to size issues.
But at the same time we do not want you to have any problems at all, so please just let us know if you have any questions and we will be more then happy to help.
Decals & Racing Stripes.
All decals and racing stripes may be returned for a refund, "If they are returned to us in a completely unused/ undamaged condition". We will not accept any returns once a customer has removed any transfer tape or has tried to apply any of our vinyl decals. If a decal is returned to us and it is not in "perfect" new condition, we will not refund that decal.

Customers are responsible to pay all return mailing cost.
Full refunds will be given for the items purchased only, we do not refund original mailing cost.
All refunds will be given once item/s are received back to us in the unused/ undamaged condition, previously stated.
All returns must be sent with a tracking number, to confirm their delivery.
If free mailing was offered on your item, we will deduct our original mailing cost and S&H from the items refund total.
Since our products are custom made to order and will not be resold once returned, we also charge a 20% restocking/ loss fee.
1060 Graphics offers customers a ten day return period on any eligible items (as stated above) .
The ten day period begins when the item shows it have been successfully delivered using USPS tracking.
1060 Graphics is in no way responsible for any damages caused while in transit. We will not refund any items if damaged by the shipping provider (USPS or FEDEX).
If you receive an item that is damaged in the mailing process- You will have to file a claim through the shipping provider for a refund on any mailing cost or damaged items.
Mailing issues or claims may be answered and filed online by using the USPS or FEDEX main websites.
Hopefully none of these return policies will be needed. Since we try very hard everyday with every order to make sure that everything is perfect for our customers. Unfortunately mistakes do happen, but please know that if it does, we respect your time and business. We take pride in ourselves, our work, and our business.
