Refund policy

1060 Graphics offers a 180 day return and refund policy.


A full-refund will be given for any decal made in the wrong text, size or color. These items do not need to be returned.


You may not return an item/ refunds will not be given: 1) Once the decal has been removed from the backing. 2) Once the decal is applied.

Return method: By mail. All returns must be sent with a tracking number.

Return label: Customer's responsibility.

Restocking fee: 30 percent.

Refund processing time:  3 days.

 

Items must be returned in "brand new" condition in order to receive a refund. Items returned in any other condition besides "brand new" will not be refunded.

Shipping: We do not refund items or shipping cost due to late delivers. All shipping times are estimated not guaranteed. We do not refund items damaged in shipping. We are not responsible for any unforeseen shipping issues. We do not refund orders that have been marked successfully delivered by the carrier. It is the customers responsibility to contact the shipping service with any mailing issues or concerns.


Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges.


The 180 day return and refund policy begins on the date that the tracking number shows the item was delivered.
